Responsibilities:

* - Must have prior experience with eWFM, IEX, or lilke system database administration in a corporate environment (at least 1 year)
* - Must have strong working knowledge of the call center operations (especially workforce management)
* - Strong experince in determining root cause errors within eWFM/IEX
* - Proven problem resolving skills with performance issues and other major failures
* - Computer proficiency to include word, spreadsheet and data processing software applications
* - Excellent analytical and problem solving skills
* - Ability to perform multi-tasks and be accountable for their productivity
* - Must be willing to take initiative and be pro-active in their approach to their work
* - Excellent oral and written communication skills
* -Ability to pass a performance assessment relating to your computer knowledge

Requirements:

* Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s/College Degree in Computer Science/Information Technology, Business Studies/Administration/Management or equivalent.
* Required skill(s): eWFM, IEX.
* Required language(s): English.
* At least 1 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
* Applicants should be Filipino citizens or hold relevant residence status.
* Preferably 1-4 Yrs Experienced Employees specializing in IT/Computer - Network/System/Database Admin or equivalent.
