Requirements:
Bachelor’s / College Degree Holder; Master’s Degree holder preferred
More than two (2) years experience in the same capacity in a call center industry
Excellent knowledge of workforce management tools (i.e. Blue Pumpkin, CNTRVIEW, IEX, etc.) and processes
Technical understanding of telecom hardware (i.e. PBX, ACD, IVR, etc.)
Demonstrated ability to analyze metrics, statistics and data trends
Excellent Verbal and written communication skills in English.
Ability to lead, motivate, and deliver feedback to others, including peers
Organizational, facilitation and presentation skills
Problem solving skills / strong analytical skills
Ability to present at all levels of management, including client management
Management skill
Knowledge of client relations management
Ability to manage multiple priorities and meeting tight deadlines
