The Workforce Management Team is responsible for sustaining the workforce needed to successfully accomplish strategic intent while balancing career and lifestyle goals of employees. This includes planning, organizing and managing workload through accurate forecast, staff calculation, call volume allocation, and management report.

REQUIREMENTS:
We need highly qualified and skilled candidates with 2 years of Workforce Management Operations background. Candidates must have experience in forecasting, modeling, Erlang C Methologies, building and managing teams, directing real time adherence to schedule, managing demands of high volume inbound call/contact centre, and a proven track record of deploying and utilizing leading software packages to perform Workforce Management functions. Must have a working Knowledge in MS Office application, Avaya Telephony Systems and Technology in both Callmaster and CMS, WFM software and Tools and Nortel symposium.
Open Positions are Reports Analyst, Real Time Analyst, Real Time Analyst Team Lead, Workforce Analyst, and Workforce Team Lead.
