WORKFORCE Analysts (Real-Time, MIS and Scheduling)
RESPONSIBILITIES:
* Monitors the daily productivity metrics of agents and controls call activities, in coordination with operations,
* to ensure that available manpower are maximized to effectively handle actual call volume.
* Monitors schedule adherence and reports / coordinates Aux abuses to Team Leader or Group Manager; documents infraction as necessary.
* Designs report templates to effectively present production data and to clearly illustrate data trends relevant to management decision making.
* Attends meeting and calibration sessions to brainstorm action plans on operational challenges and to establish contingency plans.
REQUIREMENTS:
* Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s/College Degree , Business Studies/Administration/Management, Economics, Mathematics or equivalent.
* Required skill(s): Blue Pumpkin, Avaya Centervu.
* At least 1 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position (MIS, Real-Time Analyst, Scheduling).
* Applicants must be willing to work in Makati City.
* Preferably 1-4 Yrs Experienced Employees specializing in Actuarial Science/Statistics or equivalent.
