Responsibilities:
Windows server systems administrator will be operating in a Microsoft-based server infrastructure environment of at least 100 servers. The successful candidate must possess excellent skills in technical problem solving and customer service. Off-hours and on-call support are required on an every 8 week rotational basis. The role to be filled is that of an individual contributor within a team of systems administrators. This position comes with a broad range of responsibility. This requires that the successful candidate to have a strong sense of personal accountability and a philosophy of “zero defect on delivery”.
Requirements:
- Bachelors degree or commensurate experience in Information Technology
- Current MCSE and CCA Certification.
- Must have excellent oral and written communication skills
- Applicants should be Filipino citizens or hold relevant residence status.

Windows 2000 Server (5 years)
Windows 2003 Server (5 years)
Windows Terminal Services (5 years)
Windows SQL Server 2000 (5 years)
Microsoft Active Directory (5 years)
Microsoft DFS (5 years)
Microsoft IIS (5 years)
Microsoft WSUS (2 years)
Symantec Antivirus Platform
Symantec Netbackup Platform
Citrix Metaframe / Presentation Server (5 years)
Strong Windows Administrative Scripting skills (3 years)
VMWare Workstation (2 years)
VMWare ESX 2.x and 3.x (2 years)
HP Proliant server platforms (5 years)
Proficient in writing technical documentation.
Additional Technical Qualifications (desired but not required)
Knowledge of:
- WYSE thin client devices
- Symantec ESM platform
- Crystal Reports report generation
- SQL Database design and management.
- .Net development
