Responsibilities:
What you will be doing? It is good you asked. Here are some of them:
-Create interactive web and flash design, including graphic and flash design, site navigation, and layout of content
-Ensure layouts are accessible, logical, easy to navigate, and conform to usability guidelines
-Work with Project Managers to review work schedule, deadlines and job requirements
-Prepare enhancements and revisions to creative outputs such as flash and interactive websites
Requirements:
He must have a solid online portfolio that reflects his creative passion, discipline and cutting edge design, technology and layout. Specifically, we are looking for candidates who:
-Are proficient in Flash, with at least basic level knowledge of Actionscript;
-Has expert level proficiency in design programs such as Photoshop and Illustrator;
-Strong design sense for color, layout and typography.
-Has strong problem solving skills and an attention to detail down to the pixel level;
-Has strong creative skills and ability to generate design ideas; concepting capability as well as technical ability with tools;
-Has the ability to work on other people’s designs and code;
-Strong communication skills as well as the ability to work independently and as part of a team;
-Is able to work in a fast-paced environment;
-Has the proven ability to meet deadlines and work efficiently on multiple projects simultaneously and effectively juggle diverse demands in order to meet deadlines;
-Knowledge of HTML, CSS and XHTML is a Plus
-Knowledge in web standards and cross-browser compatibility
