Requirements:
Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree
At least 1 year SOLID EXPERIENCE as an AMERICAN ACCENT TRAINER in a call center is required for this position
Must have effective communication skills, with General American accent
Must have the ability to update and improve one’s professional knowledge and skills
Must be able to work with people on different levels
Must have the ability to systematically prepare for instruction
Must have the ability to plan instructional methods and materials
Must be familiar with academic assessment and evaluation systems
Preferably with at least 6 months experience as a call center agent
Train-the-Trainer Certificate is an advantage
Must be willing to work on a graveyard shift
