VOICE AND ACCENT TRAINER
(National Capital Reg - Pasig City)
Responsibilities:
Responsible for course development, module development on English proficiency and communication to address needs of different accounts in Operations.
Effectively design training modules to improve accent, grammar and overall communication skills.
Evaluate strengths and weaknesses, monitor the development of trainees and provide Operations with recommendations.
Perform call monitoring, coaching, and mentoring sessions of agents for voice and non-voice programs.
Requirements:
Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s/College
Minimum of 1 year work experience acquired from a Call Centre or BPO industry
Excellent track record, no attendance/tardiness issues and no performance issues from previous companies.
Proficiency in American English is a must.
Preferably with group ESL training experience
Ability to work independently with minimum supervision.
Experience in accent reduction, improving grammar, public speaking, voice coaching and evaluating.
Coaching and mentoring skills are required.
With a strong sense of responsibility, accountability & unquestionable integrity
Must be available to work flexible hours and graveyard shifts.
