RESPONSIBILITIES:
* Responsible for accurate and timely servicing customers via phone calls and emails. At the same time provide technical support on one or more products or on-line services.
REQUIREMENTS:
* At least 2nd year college (No pending of back subjects)
* Candidates must have a basic knowledge in networking (LAN/WAN),troubleshooting, software & hardware, peripherals & windows applications.
* High Level of Confidence
* Conversant (Confortable speaking the English Language)
* Willing to work in shifting schedules including graveyard shifts
* Willing to receive PHP 12K – PHP 18K as salary.
* Applicants must be willing to work in Libis,Commonwealth,Ortigas,Mandaluyong,Makati,Pasig,Taguig,Alabang, Pasay& Sucat.
* Applicants should be Filipino citizens or hold relevant residence status.
* Fresh graduates/Entry level applicants are encouraged to apply.
* Full-Time positions available.
