Technical Support Representatives - Cubao
(National Capital Reg - Cubao, Quezon City)
* Responsible for providing technical support solutions related to internet access, Operating Systems, e-mail clients, cabling, Cable TV, blackberry and other services.
* Ensures call quality and quantitative standards are observed in meeting customer care needs and resolving them in a timely manner.
* Serves as liaison between the customer and client
* To provide statistics and information on the nature of calls and the customers issues specially when there are promotions and product launches.
REQUIREMENTS:
* Preferably a Bachelor’s/College Degree in Computer Science/Information Technology, Engineering (Computer/Telecommunication), or equivalent.
* 1 to 2 years experience in a service industry will be an advantage.
* Must be an effective team player; with flexible and amiable personality
* Must be able to type 30 wpm
* Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
* Applicants must be willing to work in Cubao, Quezon City.
* Applicants should be Filipino citizens or hold relevant residence status.
* Fresh graduates/Entry level applicants are welcome to apply.
