Technical Support Specialist
REQUIREMENTS:
* Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s/College Degree in Engineering (Computer/Telecommunication), Computer Science/Information Technology or equivalent.
* Required language(s): English.
* At least 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
* Applicants should be Filipino citizens or hold relevant residence status.
* Preferably 1-4 Yrs Experienced Employees specializing in IT/Computer – Network/System/Database Admin or equivalent. Job role in Infrastructure Security or System Administrator.
* One to two years experience in support and troubleshooting of desktops and applications for a Windows environment.
* Experience in Windows 2000/2003 domain structure and Microsoft applications.
* Knowledge in troubleshooting and maintenance on software and applications such as operating systems, email, office productivity tools, client applications, etc.
* Full-Time positions available.
