Trilingual Technical Support Representative (English, Mandarin, Cantonese Support)
(National Capital Reg – Pasay City)
REQUIREMENTS:
* • Previous significant Technical Support experience a plus
• Inâ€depth knowledge of Adobe products
• Considerable experience support the Windows and or Mac operating systems
• Previous Support Centre experience a plus
• Experience working in a team environment, managing a diverse workload
• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to manage tasks in agreed timeframe
• Relevant industry experience or understanding of the type of customers using Adobe
products and/or understanding of how customers utilize the software.
• Excellent language proficiency †written and verbal †in English, Mandarin & Cantonese
• Applicant smust be willing to work in Mall of Asia, Pasay City.
