Requirements:

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:
· Monitor and work schedule changes in accordance with prioritized service levels, including re-protection/re-booking customers when necessary.
· Work with carriers (airlines) to resolve schedule change issues.
· Problem-solve customer schedule change concerns.
· Follow company and airline policies and procedures to bring resolution to customer issues.
· Achieve all service level targets.
· Strive to meet and exceed quality and productivity performance targets.
· Complete ad-hoc projects as assigned by Priceline.

EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE & OTHER SKILLS:
· Minimum one year airline travel industry experience or travel school certification
· GDS Knowledge; Worldspan or Sabre preferred
· Call center and/or customer service experience required
· Strong knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel, MS Office
· Commitment to customer service
· Strong typing skills
· Strong familiarity with the Internet; ability to navigate between multiple applications.
· Excellent problem solving and decision-making skills
· Effective written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills (Ability to pass priceline’s English proficiency / communication skills assessment prior to entering product training and again prior to handling calls.)
· High School diploma required; college degree or equivalent travel industry experience preferred.
