Requirements:
Graduate of Bachelor of Science in Tourism or any related course
Minimum 1-4 years experience with a Travel Agency, Airline, Hotel or a Call Center is an advantage
Excellent Communications and Customer Service Skills
Equipped with Excellent Analytical, Problem Solving and Decision Making Skills
Ability to understand complex fare computations and itineraries, work flows and processes
