Travel and Expense Processor : Call Center Jobs (ACS Phils)

Responsibilities:
• Input of expense receipt numbers for online approval of reports and reimbursement to AMEX and employees pay.
• Maintain filing of envelopes for audit purposes.
• Continual reviews of MTV Exception Processor Reports resolve problems and approves reports.
• Process employees check reimbursements.
• Analyze calls to the MTV2 Helpline for MeadWestvaco employees to determine resolution process. Coordinate resolution with MTV2 support team and information resources.
• Assist MeadWestvaco Audit and Universal VAT Services, as requested, to pull receipts and run reports for audit purposes
Requirements:
* Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s/College Degree , Finance/Accountancy/Banking or equivalent.
* At least 1 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
* Applicants must be willing to work in Pasay City.
* Preferably 1-4 Yrs Experienced Employees specializing in Finance – General/Cost Accounting or equivalent.
* Full-Time positions available.
