Responsibilities:
Establishes training objectives and work plans, and delegates assignments to staff.
Work closely with peers in domestic and offshore environments.
Assesses and reports the strategic business unit’s degree of compliance with applicable requirements and service level agreements.
Monthly reporting, error resolution and contingency training of staff for quality improvements.
Prepares related reports and audits current procedures to monitor efficiency of operations.
Creation and ongoing review and analysis of documents such as policies and procedures to assess compliance for daily operations and client service level agreements.
Provides leadership and focus in area of expertise.
Responsible for achieving measurable results on time and on budget.
Develop and subsequently implement new projects, policies and procedures for the department(s) to meet specific goals.
Ensures that business practices are performed in accordance with company policy, procedure and applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations.
Ensures employee conformance to established policies and practices.
Requirements:
Minimum 5 years of business experience in the areas of internal audit, internal controls assessment and training. Minimum three years of management experience with support staff. Candidate must demonstrate knowledge and experience with call center and help desk support. Experience with technical web-based software solutions is preferred. Excellent written and verbal communication skills including the ability to interface with clients and possess excellent problem solving skills. Proficiency with Microsoft Office software. Candidate must have the ability to handle multiple projects meeting deadlines with little or no supervision. Healthcare and provider credentialing experience is preferred.
