Trainer Position : S-tech Ltd
GENERAL RESPONSIBILITY:
Designs, plans and delivers a variety of training programs to meet needs of customers, management and staff in accordance with the company’s goal.
SPECIFIC DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Prepares training modules and designs technical training programs for trainees.
- Assists the manager in carrying out Training Needs Analyses (TNA) and designs appropriate training module for specific condition.
- Evaluates the effectiveness of the training and course outline.
- Delivers presentations, stand up training, or instruction to staff, or management if necessary.
- Designs and/or prepares training/instructional materials, teaching aids and devices including preparation of learning environment and resources such as organizing for function rooms, sound system, over head projector and the likes.
- Monitors and evaluates operations, programs, processes and/or practices for quality and effectiveness; makes recommendations for improvement.
- Acts as a resource to provide information or determine the most effective way of meeting the needs of management, staff and customers.
JOB SPECIFICATION
- Female/ 24 to 30 years old
- Resident of Makati or nearby places
- With extensive training experience ( minimum 4 years experience)
- Exposure to Casino Operations an advantage
- Excellent communication skills ( fluency in English in a must)
- With strong personality
- Ability to make effective group presentations, read, analyze and interpret procedures.
- Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusion.
