Responsibilities:
Conducts skills, technical, management and staff development training courses within business units or groups. Uses needs assessment tools to determine effectiveness of training programs. Interacts with functional organizations to develop specifications for content of courses.
• Evaluates need and develops new training materials and/or revises current material to ensure business unit or group training needs are met
• Evaluates training methodology
• Designs and develops in-house programs
• Interacts with functional organizations to develop specifications for content of courses
• Conducts follow up to determine applicability of course material
• All other duties as assigned

Requirements:

Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s/College Degree in any field.
At least 3 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
Applicants must be willing to work in Makati City.
Applicants should be Filipino citizens or hold relevant residence status.
Preferably 1-4 Yrs Experienced Employees specializing in Customer Service or equivalent.
