LUZON – Accent and Conversational English Language Lab Supervisor
RESPONSIBILITIES:
* Identify Accent and Conversational English (ACE) curriculum needs through dialog with site training and quality departments.
* Identify and help prioritize continuous learning for use post-training environment.
* Continuous strive for improvement and enhancement of the learning activities / libraries for site ACE Language Labs.
* Help establish process and procedures guide for the program, especially for the continuous learning phase.
* Audit progress and carry out spot checks of process tracking.
REQUIREMENTS:
* Managerial experience preferred
* Supervisory experience required
* Training Certification preferred in American English
* College Degree required
* Process Improvement experience preferred
* Comprehensive knowledge of supervisory practices and processes
* Some managerial experience preferred
* Training background preferred in American English language training ACE preferred
* Minimum of 3 years experience in a customer service environment or related position, preferably in a teleservices or telecommunications company within the training arena.
* Supervisory experience required
* Some experience with all aspects of training (assessment, development, facilitation, analysis, etc.)
* Must be willing to work in Sta. Rosa
* Applicants should be Filipino citizens or hold relevant residence status.
