LUZON-Recruitment Assistant
RESPONSIBILITIES:

* Responsible for administration of the candidate process for all open Agent positions including but not limited to: greeting of applicants, reviewing applications, input of applicant data into the HRIS system, administering testing materials, conducting job interviews and placement.
* Responsible for meeting weekly / monthly hiring goals.
* Maintain spreadsheets for the hiring headcount as well as, all weekly/monthly recruiting reports.
* Coordinate external job fairs, job service, internal open houses, advertising relationships, and all other recruiting functions.
* Maintain weekly and monthly staffing schedule to ensure internal and external candidates are interviewed for open positions promptly to meet hiring goals.
* Coordinate and maintain functional relationships with local job service and community service employment agencies.
* Coordinate temporary staffing needs with local contacts.
* Works on special projects, as requested. Other duties may be assigned.

REQUIREMENTS:

* Bachelor’s Degree
* Good command of the English language both written and oral
* Ability to maintain a positive attitude and professional image
* Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook
* Time management and organizational skills
