REQUIREMENTS:
* Experience with advanced PABX, Call Management Systems, Spreadsheets, Forecasting and Scheduling systems
* Thorough knowledge of contact center or customer service operations
* Must possess an aptitude for statistical analysis and trending issues – understand reporting, and make recommendations based on analysis
* Must be highly motivated with demonstrated ability to prioritize and manage multiple responsibilities
* Must have excellent oral, interpersonal and written communication skills
* Required language(s): English
* Must be able to take ownership of timelines and do the appropriate follow-up
* Must be flexible, reliable and have a positive attitude, and can work under pressure
* Must have excellent computer skills
* Ability to work in a team environment
