* This is an inbound Technical account.
* Must be able to resolve client’s issues while talking to customers over the phone.
* Provide step-by-step troubleshooting procedures to the customers.
* Willing to work in shifting schedules, holidays and weekends.
REQUIREMENTS:
* Candidate must possess at least a Vocational Diploma / Short Course Certificate or Bachelor’s/College Degree in any field.
* Must have completed at least 3 semesters of College education
* Required skill(s): Excellent English Communication Skills, Customer Service Skills, Technical Skills.
* Preferred skill(s): Multitasking Skills, Software, Hardware and Networking Troubleshooting Skills.
* Required language(s): English.
