Responsibilities

* Responsible for providing excellent technical support service by phone for IBM’s global clients.

Requirements

* Excellent English communication skills
* Strong customer service and problem solving skills
* Proficient in computer and internet applications
* Completed at least three years of college education in any course, or finished a two-year diploma or certificate course, preferably in an IT-related field
* Fresh graduates or those without work experience are welcome to apply
* Work experience as a technical support in a call center environment, particularly in troubleshooting, a strong advantage
* Willing to work on graveyard, holiday and weekend shifts
* Willing to be assigned in Makati, Mandaluyong or Quezon City
* Applicants should be Filipino citizens or hold relevant residence status.
