Requirements
Excellent English communication skills
Strong customer service and problem solving skills
Proficient in computer and internet applications
Completed at least three years of college education in any course, or finished a two-year diploma or certificate course, preferrably in an IT-related field
Fresh graduates or those without work experience are welcome to apply
Work experience as a technical support in a call center environment, particularly in troubleshooting, a strong advantage
Willing to work on graveyard, holiday and weekend shifts
Willing to be assigned in Makati, Mandaluyong or Quezon City
