Technical Customer Service Associates (Cebu City)

REQUIREMENTS:
* Candidate must possess at least a Vocational Diploma / Short Course Certificate or Bachelor’s/College Degree in any field or Completed at least 2 years of college and its equivalent
* Computer related courses are preferred but not required.
* Has a strong command of the English language
* Good communication skills
* Knowledgeable with various software applications such as MS Word and MS Excel
* Must be amenable to graveyard shifts, shifting/rotation of schedules, working on holidays, working on weekends and rendering overtime
* Required language(s): English.
* Applicants must be willing to work in Cebu City.
* Applicants should be Filipino citizens or hold relevant residence status.
* Preferably 1-4 Yrs Experienced Employees specializing in Customer Service or equivalent.
* Full-Time positions available.
