* Strong leadership skills, confident, interpersonal and motivational skills, has initiative, performance driven,proactive ;

* Result-oriented in meeting performance objectives in key performance metrics ;

* Decisiveness and has the vision for employee satisfaction ;

* Partner with Performance Improvement to identify training needs for the workgroup.

Qualifications:

* Bachelor’s Degree / College graduate ;

* Preferably one (1) year experience as Team Leader / Team Manager in a call center ;

* 2-3 years experience in customer service, telecom, marketing, sales or general business ;

* Knowledge of billing, technical and computerized systems, thorough product knowledge and industry knowledge desirable ;

* Above average communication skills, with great attention to details ;

* Proficient in MS Office applications.
