Responsibilities:
Develop and manage group to provide assistance with ATM and voice support.
Source, hire and train a diverse work environment.
Responsible for performing call quality monitoring and coaching for positive results.
Requirements:
Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s/College Degree in any field.
At least 1 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
Applicants must be willing to work in Muntinlupa City.
Applicants should be Filipino citizens or hold relevant residence status.
Preferably Assistant Manager / Managers specializing in Customer Service or equivalent.

Strong knowledge of ATM hardware, cash balancing and voice support.
Project management and process improvement skills.
Networking and technical certifications.
