Technical Support Representatives
RESPONSIBILITIES:
* Provides professional technical assistance for problems and issues regarding client services either by telephone, email, fax or any other defined methodology.
* Uses effective communication skills and appropriate support tools to resolve customer requests in a timely fashion, professionally guiding members through steps to resolve technical problems and issues.
* Ensures that customer expectations are met and are in line with client’s policies, practices and procedures.
* Gathers and reviews relevant customer information; understanding meaningful relationships across information sources;
* Quickly and effectively solves customer problems.
* Identifies the specific information needed to clarify the problem or situation.
* Asks customers “discovery” questions to fully understand their needs and issues.
* Approaches a complex problem by breaking it down into its component parts and considering each part in detail.
* Seeks to increase knowledge of products, technical requirements, policies and procedures.
* Provides accurate information, service, or products; or referring customers to appropriate personnel.
* Quickly and accurately performs multiple tasks (e.g., talking, listening, entering and documentation information, seeking information, problem solving) simultaneously while managing the pace of the call and maintaining focus on the customer.
REQUIREMENTS:
* Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s/College Degree in any field or at least completed Second Year in College.
* With Above Average Communication skills
* With at least 6 months call center experience in handling a technical account or has background with High-Speed Internet Access, Internet Protocol Television, Consumer Voice over Internet Protocol and integrated Set-Top Box.
* Must be willing to work on a shifting schedule
* Willing to be assigned in Quezon City
* Applicants should be Filipino citizens or hold relevant residence status.
