Responsibilities:
The successful candidate will work with Etcetera’s clients to measure and improve responsiveness, reliability and scalability of their enterprise applications under specifies workloads by developing and executing performance test plans and scripts and identifying performance bottlenecks.
He/She will:
* Contribute to performance strategy formulation
* Create performance test plans that implement the strategy
* Record, modify, debug and execute testing scripts
* Analyze test results to determine performance issues
* Create comprehensive performance reports and recommendations
* Effectively communicate performance issues
* Report defects and follow up for resolution
Other qualifications:
1. Excellent verbal and written communication skills

3. Ability to work independently with initiative and drive
4. Influencing soft skills
5. Fast learner and has the ability to grasp highly technical subject matter quickly
Requirements:
* Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s/College Degree , Computer Science/Information Technology or equivalent.
* Required skill(s): extensive experience in the practice of performance testing, familiar with the process of performance troubleshooting and optimization, conversant with browser technology and the document object model, good understanding of java and/or .net web application architecture, With the ability to leverage technology to solve business and technical issues.
* Required language(s): English, Filipino
* At least 5 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
* Preferably Supervisor / 5 Yrs & Up Experienced Employees specializing in IT/Computer – Network/System/Database Admin or equivalent.
