Requirements:

* Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s/College Degree , any field.

* Must have strong technical background.

* Demonstrated ability to take initiative, multiple task, and prioritize

* Strong English communication (demonstrated ability to speak, comprehend and write in English) and problem solving skills are required for this position.

* Excellent analytical and organizational skills.

* Strong presentation, planning, time management, and organizational skills

* Can work independently with minimum supervision

* At least 1 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.

* Applicants must be willing to work in Tarlac City.

* Preferably 1-4 Yrs Experienced Employees specializing in Training & Development or equivalent.
