We are looking for the following:

VAR Dealer Training Support-Instructional Designer
(Southern Tagalog)

Responsibilities:

* Online Courseware Development
* Conducted needs analysis to assess learning requirements (determine target audience, identify learning goals, and create course objectives)
* Design and develop e-learning content and technical storyboard
* Work with Subject Matter Experts to extract complicated subject matter and convert it to instructionally sound media objects.
* Maintain course development standards and processes
* Modify and maintain existing online training courses
* Collaborate with Courseware Developer and SMEs to develp high quality online course materials
* Performed instructional design quality review on projects
* Reporting
* Develop new metrics and reports using Excel pivot tables
* Help troubleshoot and resolve possible defects with existing reports
* Work with Manager of Training, Dealer Training Support Supervisor, to define reporting requirements and goals.

Requirements:

* BS or BA degree in instructional design, computer-based courseware development, multimedia, educational psychology or related field
* Minimum two years experience in an instructional design role
* Knowledge of instructional design process and adult learning principles
* Ability to manage projects through to completion and meet deadlines for delivery
* Advanced command of Excel and Office software
* Excellent proficiency with US English and overall communication skills
* Extensive experience with Macromedia Tools (Flash, Dreamworks, Fireworks, Authorware, etc) and with other online lesson develoment software (Captivate, Articulate Presenter, Adobe Premier, etc)
* Ability to independently work with outside contractors (courseware development firms)
* Ability to work well within a team environment, sharing work assignments when necessary
* Ability to create excel reports when required
* Above average IQ
* Ability to grasp IT terminologies
* Willingless to learn new technologies
* Night shift adaptability
* Applicants should be willing to work in Sta. Rosa, Laguna.
