Senior Lawson Technical Analyst
RESPONSIBILITIES:
For Information Technology Field, will focus on:
-Responsible for project deliverables assigned and may have full responsibility of project deliverables assigned to technical team members.
-Customizes existing Lawson applications and/or create new applications that interface with Lawson to enhance functionality and/or performance of Lawson applications as necessary.
-Troubleshooting application modules responding to users issue notification or requests and provides help desk support.
For Human Resource and Finance Field, will focus on:
-Will handle Lawson HRS system / Financial Suite assessment, process analysis, identification of system requirements, and functional definition of planned system changes.
-Develops and manages project plans for the deployment of new and/or changes to the Lawson HRS / Financial Suite.
-Administers system applications and security access (in conjunction with the System Administrator), and serves as an educator and resource regarding system functionality.
REQUIREMENTS:
For Information Technology Field, must have the following:
-At least 5 years working experience using Lawson Application System, COBOL / JAVA programming.
-Must understand and follow the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC)
For Human Resource Field, must have the following:
-At least 5 years working experience as a functional user of Lawson Human Resource Suite
-Must have working experience in the following areas: Benefits Administration, HRIS and Payroll.
For Finance Field, must have the following:
-At least 5 years working experience as a functional user of Lawson Financial Suite
-Must have working experience with at least three of the following areas: General Ledger, GL Report Writer, Accounts Payable, Invoice Matching, Cash Ledger, Financial and Operating Reports, Activities and Asset Management.
Standard Requirements
-Candidates must be a Bachelor’s Degree holder in the field of Information Technology, Human Resource, Accounting/Finance or the equivalent.
-Analytical technical experience supporting Lawson Software Suite packages.
-Experience in system analysis, upgrades and, implementation of new applications.
-Strong command in English both oral and written.
-Able to prioritize in a fast paced environment, adjust to changing priorities and work well under pressure.
-Must be detail-oriented, strong analytical and problem solving skills including problem identification, analysis, action planning and execution.
-Willing to work on graveyard, shifting schedule, weekends and holidays.
