Requirements:
A graduate of any four-year business related course
With previous experience in process management and continuous improvement in a service industry in a supervisory or managerial capacity.
Possess a “can do” attitude with a strong drive to achieve results
Knowledgeable in process definition and implementation
Can proactively work across teams and ensure that standards created are in tune with emerging industry practices.
With strong ability to proactively identify deficiencies and manage actions to implement change via continuous improvement, observation and feedback.
