Spanish Technical Support Representative (Job Code: SPAN-TSR)

• Provide support by processing and preparing requests for quotes
• Process orders that the country they are supporting needs to get done
• Keep track of the work and business flow of the respective country of support
• Assist the other team members as the need arises
• Maintain a good working relationship with the contact person of the country of support

• Must be a Bachelor’s degree graduate from any college or university
• Must be fluent in written and spoken Spanish
• Must be fluent in written and spoken English
• Must have strong IT & Computing Skills, including MS Word, Excel, Access, and PowerPoint
• Must be mechanically inclined with attention to detail
• Must have the ability to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, interests, commissions, proportions and percentages
• Must be able to identify and suggest solutions to improve a process
• Must be willing to be trained
• Must be willing to work in Ortigas
• Must be willing to work on a changing schedule, including the night-shift
• Must be available to start the soonest possible time
