Responsibilities:
* To conduct the Customer Relations Management , Accent Neutralization, and English Proficiency program.
* Revise and make different essential call center training program module requirements.
Requirements:
* Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s/College Degree in Mass Communications or equivalent.
* Required skill(s): Good communication skills, excellent presentation skills, good customer service orientation.
* Required language(s): English.
* Applicants must be willing to work in Eastwood City,Libis,Quezon City.
* Applicants should be Filipino citizens or hold relevant residence status.
* Preferably 1-4 yrs experienced employees specializing in Training & Development or equivalent.
* Full-Time positions available.
