Responsibilities:
Core Responsibilties:
To work across the Siemens IT Solutions and Services (SIS) organization taking responsibility for Transitions projects and their efficient and timely delivery.
Manage transition and transformations with single sponsors and bounded sets of activities aimed at delivering defined objectives within the constraints of time, cost and quality.
Business Development: Manage proposal and delivery Projects in order to meet the agreed GPC business objectives and seek innovative ways to expand the business derived from the Project.
Customer Relationship Management: Maintain customer relationship to achieve long-term customer retention and satisfaction for growth potential.
Partner Management: Manage and maintain partner relationships with key suppliers, to gain mutual and supportive benefits.
Business Management: Establish Project controls throughout the Projects, meeting current corporate standards to protect the organisation and to deliver a successful Project.
Contract Management: Understand the contract and pursue opportunities to facilitate change, increase revenue and reduce threats to improve financial performance.
Knowledge Management: Use and make available to others knowledge assets and resources to optimize the project cost to Siemens IT Solutions and Services.
Requirements:
Three years PROJECT MANAGEMENT experience or equivalent
Working knowledge and practical application of Project management methodologies and tools
ITIL service management experience or certification
Experience in contract management, cost management or IT infrastructure implementation.
Proficient with MS Project
Proficient MS Office suite, specifically including Word, Powerpoint and Excel.
At least three years of managing complex transitions and transformations to multiple clients, including customer liaison management at all levels
Must be able to work under pressure and meet deadlines
Must have a flexible and pragmatic approach to work
The ability to be an effective team player is essential
