Philippine Call Center Jobs
Reporting to the Director of Rooms. Will be responsible for the smooth running of the front of house department, accounts and duty management shifts.

The Successful candidate must meet the following minimum Job requirements:
· 2 years experience as a Guest Service Manager in an international hotel/resort.
. Call center exposure is desired.
· Passionate about Guest satisfaction.
· Complete knowledge in operational systems, PABX, Telephone Service System and applications.
· Female, 25-30 years old, college graduate.
