SENIOR WORKFORCE MANAGER

RESPONSIBILITIES:
To ensure that forecasting, scheduling, and monitoring agent’s daily performance is sufficient so as not to hamper the activities of Operations Department.
Manage Workforce Team to achieve department goals.
Develop strategies so internal and external resources are coordinated in meeting resource requirements of clients.
Understanding of call center fundamentals is a must.

REQUIREMENTS:

Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s/College Degree in Human Resource Management or equivalent.
Required skill(s): Forecasting, Organizing.
At least 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
Applicants must be willing to work in Mandaluyong City.
Applicants should be Filipino citizens or hold relevant residence status.
Preferably Managers specializing in Workforce Management or equivalent.
Full-Time positions available.
