SENIOR SALES ASSOCIATE
(National Capital Reg - Pasig City)
Responsibilities:
Starting up a pioneering account.
Delivering customer satisfaction and problem resolution to the client’s customers
Work closely with the client by sharing ideas on how to improve client’s overall business and processes.
Generate leads and set appointments for potential customers.
Adhere to the Code of Discipline being implemented by the company.
Requirements:
Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s/College
Minimum of 2 years work experience acquired from a Call Centre or BPO industry
Excellent track record, no attendance/tardiness issues and no performance issues from previous companies.
Impeccable communication skills with excellent American accent.
Demonstrated skills in outbound sales, up selling, lead generation or customer service.
Ability to work independently with minimum supervision.
With a strong sense of responsibility, accountability & unquestionable integrity
Must be available to work flexible hours and graveyard shifts.
Preferably with background in handling B2B accounts.

Our office is located in the heart of Pasig’s business district and it’s just a stone’s throw away from El Pueblo, a popular dining spot. All our clients are based in the US so do expect work hours to start between 8pm to 12 midnight. Security is not a problem as mobile units are dispatched and are on duty 24 hours a day making our location safe especially at night.
