Senior Reports Analyst (Job Code: EMR-SRA)
RESPONSIBILITIES:
University degree in any course
At least 6 months experience in generating reports for operations
Fluent in written and spoken English
Proficient with report writing, business correspondence and procedure manuals
Knowledge in call center or BPO industry preferred
Extensive knowledge in MS Excel
Knowledge in basic computer usage (Window, MS Office, Outlook and Internet)
Attention to details
Strong analytical skills
REQUIREMENTS:
Prepares the Financial and Invoice reports on a monthly basis
Ensures all departments and positions are provided with key indicator reporting, including ad hoc reports as needed or requested
Actively identify and resolve reporting issues
Completes duties and reports on time
Adheres to client’s defined process and procedures and company policies
Arrange adequate coverage of in-center duties when vacationing or other unavailability
Contribute to quarterly planning
Reviews all reporting for trends
Coordinates with various functional groups for team requirements
Coordinates with managers to get updates on the respective cost reduction projects
Collects data, analyses and validates the information to ensure accuracy of reported data and ensures the said cost efficiencies are being achieved
Makes recommendations on the feasibility of cost saving projects. Reviews the project proposals and makes recommendations on cost savings impact, timelines, and confidence levels
Contributes to other projects if requested
