Senior Manager - Technical Helpdesk (for Cebu)

Responsibilities

  • Align team structure with the company’s business units to ensure a good rapport and a thorough understanding of the business needs.
  • Manage Independently IT infrastructure for one of the BPOs site
  • Co-ordinate with Customer and BPO IMG teams for installation of IT Infrastructure required to run the business.
  • Should have knowledge on Contact center IT Infrastructure setups
  • Identify & Interact with vendor / External Agencies to recommend new technology and tool deployment.
  • Understand the operations team requirements and work accordingly
  • Work with the Helpdesk teams and the location IT Operations teams to ensure client deliverables (Process setup, Servers up-time etc.) are met on time.
  • Co-ordinate with Project Management team for project execution.
  • Carry out comprehensive testing before deploying new services.
  • Strategy and standardization of Computing Infrastructure involving Desktop, Laptop, Servers and Storage.
  • Prepare design documentation including user manual, administrator manual, recovery options and recovery procedures.
  • Minimize escalations by providing quality service on time

Requirements

  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s/College Degree in Computer Science/Information Technology or equivalent.
  • At least 8 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
  • Applicants must be willing to work in Cebu City.
  • Applicants should be Filipino citizens or hold relevant residence status.
  • Preferably Supervisor / 5 Yrs & Up Experienced Employees specializing in Corporate Strategy/Top Management or equivalent.
