Retail Back Office System (BOS) Helpdesk Analyst
(National Capital Reg - Makati City)
Responsibilities:
Handles first level calls and performs problem resolution for three “Class of Trades (North America company owned and operated stores, North America franchise and Canada Commission Agents)
Supports store’s back office system issues related to hardware and software applications.
Assist store personnel with basic back office system PC issues.
Tracks incidents, documents issues and records all activities and communication.
Monitors resolution of the problem and coordinates with support groups for the status of calls and issues.
Assists in testing, training and implementing relevant projects.
Creates a common and consistent set of measurements for internal process improvements and external reporting to clients.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s Degree in IT, Computer Science, Engineering or other relevant fields
At least 2 years experience in providing IT helpdesk support/call center/customer support
Experience in documenting customer issues and work processes
proficient in the use of MS Office applications
Outstanding skills in teamwork and customer engagement
Good oral and written communication skills
Must have the propensity to work in a proactive, result-oriented, and customer-focused environment
Enjoy working with people of diverse cultural backgrounds
Willing to work night shift
