Reporting Specialist – Call Center Jobs Accenture
To collect data required for effective implementation of all Operations and Quality initiatives; support the different platforms in operations through generating useful, accurate and relevant reports and analyzing operational performance data.
REQUIREMENTS:
* Graduate of 4 yr. course
* At least 2 years experience as a Reports Analyst/Specialist
* Advanced knowledge in MS Office Applications (Excel and Access)
* Knowledge in Visual Basic is a plus
* Experience in Reports Automation
* Excellent oral and written communication skills
* Amenable to work on shifting schedule
