Recruitment Specialist - Accenture

As Recruitment Specialist you are accountable for the delivery of candidates to meet the recruiting demand based on the Recruitment Plan and administer the recruitment process for a small to medium-sized recruiting demand plan or shares in the administration of a large demand. You may supervise 1-3 recruiters and/or recruiting operations assistants.

REQUIREMENTS:
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or any related field
• Minimum 5 years of related work experience in HR/Recruitment
• Strong understanding of recruitment/sourcing processes and organization, systems and tools
• Strong understanding of recruitment profiles
• Strong interviewing skills
• Very good understanding of external marketplace/trends
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
