Recruiting Specialist

RESPONSIBILITIES:

* The candidate will be mainly responsible for ensuring the timely recruitment of staff including, but not limited to, active sourcing of applicants, conducting of phone interviews, test administration, evaluation and scoring, and records management. The candidate will work with a team of recruiters to ensure that the recruitment process and procedures are in place and that timeliness and quality of hiring meet eTelecare standards.

REQUIREMENTS:

* Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s/College Degree in Human Resource Management, Psychology or equivalent
* At least 1-2 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position
* Willing to work during day shift
* Can work for long hours
* Above average problem-solving & decision-making skills
* Excellent oral and written communication skills
* Must be a team player with excellent interpersonal skills, able to deal with people at all levels, in and out of the organization
* Must have knowledge in MS Applications Word, Excel and Powerpoint.
