Quality Control Associate (Cebu - Contractual)

RESPONSIBILITIES:
* Conducts sorting and uploading of call files.
* Data gathering.
* Creation of simple reports.
* May conduct sales verification depending on the type of account/program.
* Other tasks that may be assigned due to business need.
REQUIREMENTS:
* Candidate must possess at least a Vocational Diploma / Short Course Certificate or Bachelor’s/College Degree in any field.
* Candidates must be proficient in the use of MS Word and MS Excel.
* Applicants should be Filipino citizens or hold relevant residence status.
* Fresh graduates/Entry level applicants are encouraged to apply.
* Candidates must be willing to be assigned in Cebu City.

And how much is your offer for the said position? I have heard A LOT about your company. I have heard that your QA’s are cheaply paid. QA associates nowadays are ranging from 18K above. Is that how much you do offer? Just curious though, can you really afford promotions? I heard that the growth in your company is not pretty much supported as you are having a cost-cutting. Meaning, you are making your employees the universal employees yet you are paying them the basic pay in the country? Lastly, I’ve heard from a friend that your a company that promotes employees to certain rank based on figures. And so a friend of mine checked the scoring you have for a certain employee who is now promoted to Team Lead yet the figures found doesn’t fit to be promoted… so how did the promotion takes place if even the figures can’t support?
