* Provide detailed and accurate evaluations for agents
* Responsible for managing the performance of a group of call center representative, documenting results and delegation of work if necessary
Requirements:
* Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s/College Degree
* At least 5 year(s) of working experience in the related field (preferebaly Manager specializing in Quality Control and Training or equivalent)
* Applicants must be willing to work in Mandaluyong City.
* Applicants must have fluent English communication skills both written and spoken
* Applicants must be flexible to work on night-time shifts
