Quality Assurance Manager : Call Center Jobs

Responsibilities:

Reporting to the Associate Director of Customer Care in New York, USA, you will be responsible for ensuring our outsourced call center in Makati City provides a superior level of support to our customers.

You will do this by:

* Regular call monitoring and analysis
* Ensuring all calls adhere to Reader’s Digest policies and procedures
* Supporting training of new employees
* Recommending process improvements
* Working with vendor team managers to improve revenue generation program and audit sales results
* Working with operations and marketing in the US to ensure comprehensive understanding of promotional activities
* Compiling regular reports regarding call center performance

Requirements:

* Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree, Post Graduate Diploma or Professional Degree in Business Studies/Administration/Management, Marketing or equivalent.
* Required languages: Tagalog, English
* At least 5 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
Preferably Senior Executives specializing in Quality Control/Assurance or equivalent. Job role in Quality Control/Assurance or equivalent.
* 1 Full-Time positions available.
* Applicants should be Filipino citizens or hold relevant residence status.
