QA Specialist : Accenture

As a QA Specialist, you will facilitate & drive quality and continuous improvement projects to BPO Organization. You will be a part of the Quality initiative to roll out eSCM, Six Sigma, and other quality standards. You will also act as the Knowledge Coordinator for the Manila BPO Delivery Center, ensuring the effective management of the Knowledge Base, Infostore.REQUIREMENTS:

• Must be a bachelor’s degree holder
• At least 5 yrs experience
• Business Process Re-engineering; Six Sigma Belt
