Responsibilities:
* The Project Manager is overall responsible for the delivery of projects within the agreed timelines / budget and delivers on/above customer expectations. Interfacing with internal and external customers regarding scope, requirements, timelines, deliverables and risks. Interface with internal IT departments or outsourced development partners regarding design, development, test and deployments. Project Manager is budget responsible and will need to monitor and report project related spending.
Requirements:
* 4 or more years experience as a Project Manager within the software development process
* Experience with different software developments methodologies (like RUP, Agile, RAD, Waterfall)
* Experience with project sizing methodologies (like function point analysis)
* Understanding of advanced Project Management concepts
* Excellent documentation skills
* Excellent communication skills
* Excellent organizational and leadership skills
* Excellent interpersonal skills
* Knowledge of Affiliate marketing a plus but not essential
* Project Management certification a plus but not essential (like PMP, PRINCE2)
